After your 7-day free trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using NegNeg.ai. Your data and settings will be preserved, and you can upgrade at any time during or after the trial. No credit card is required for the trial.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How are search terms counted? +

Search terms are counted as unique terms analyzed per month. If the same search term appears multiple times, it's only counted once. The count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.

Is there a setup fee? +

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee. Enterprise customers receive complimentary onboarding and training.
